We have a national reach and a local touch.. We recruit applicants in all regions of the US.  Because of our recruiting teams positioned in the Southeast, Northeast, and West Coast, our recruiting efforts produce the best candidates where ever they are.  Although it is not always possible to find qualified applicants locally, our first focus is to seek candidates in the region with reasons to be there in addition to the best skill and personality fit.

Relationships are important to us. Our goal is to develop ongoing relationships with solid clients and candidates to pave the way for future business.  Knowing a client and their environment is critical as we partner to get a job done.  We also place a great deal of importance on taking time to know our applicants and what their strengths and career goals are to best represent them.

References for candidates are a part of our job. Our policy is three references with at least two being supervisors.  Having been in the staffing industry for 17 years, we are set apart by a good reputation and thorough understanding of what makes a successful placement.  Securing confirmation of our applicant's technical expertise and performance is just another way we strive to be the best.
